    My twin/double room with microwave, town alvor plus a shower was wonderful. The breakfast had a wide array of food and it was reasonably good and delicious. The pool was heated and I had premium drinks in the main bar. All the stuff was amazingly great and courteous, tackled my issues.

    We arrived around 11:00 am and person (man) who attended us charged us and told us the rooms we had assigned but that until 3:00 pm we could not dispose of them which I understand perfectly. what left me surprised and q is an all-inclusive and we had already charged everything was q told us to take a walk and q back at 14:30 to put the bracelets and enter to eat, we were not even allowed to cross the hotel to access the beach, is the first time in my life q has happened to me, I can understand q the room is not available until the scheduled time but q do not let you or access the hotel, surprising but good... My biggest surprise came on the day we checked out, in front of us there were two girls checking in and girl who attended them put the bracelets so they could use the facilities and services of the hotel (it was not 12:00 h and check out has to be done before that time), his room was not available and they left their bags in the luggage storage, usual in all hotels I've been.

    The breakfast staff were warm, and I loved the spacious sea view room where we could unwind after our busy days. The dining experience was wonderful despite some entertainment being underwhelming.

    The food was good, however, my partner is vegetarian, and the options were a little limited. Reception staff polite and helpful. Room always cleaned promptly and cleaned well. Although a little careworn, the room was very functional and had an excellent view. Some of the evening entertainment was very good. We live in Spain and were meeting friends from the UK who were holidaying in Portugal. Overall, we had a great time. Basically, the hotel is still somewhere in the 80s, but it didn't stop four middle aged friends having a good holiday.

    The decoration of the hotel throughout is dated. The gym has no ventilation or supervision. Sauna and jacuzzi uninviting. The indoor pool is next to the bar - more of a barside pool than a poolside bar. The bar staff appear to be unhappy and demotivated (unrelated to preceding comment). Some of the evening entertainment wasn't good at all.

    The staff is super nice. The food is great. The surroundings and the tours are very well organized and everything I could wish for my best vacation. We have experienced everything we could ask for.

    The hotel was outdated.

    Would recommend for a stopover

    Clean room, helpful staff, complemented by access to the beautiful beach just a short walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring the surroundings.

    The twin room was functional, included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The bed was big, the pool area was great.

    We really enjoyed the fantastic large saltwater swimming pool where the kids had a blast playing while we lounged nearby. The hotel was also right next to the beautiful beach, perfect for our family walks. The food at the restaurant was delicious and varied enough to keep everyone happy.

    In my wife's opinion, the kids wanted more poolside activities for them to engage in throughout the day.

    would like to come again

    The hotel had a spacious family room with air conditioning, a tv, and a nice balcony. The pools were fantastic, including a kids' pool and outdoor areas with sun loungers. Free poolside water was available. Great fitness center too. Kids enjoyed the activities, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.
